This is my go to Boat Ramp when I'm in Florida. I stay on the Island. They treat you like family, always helpful in all of your need's.

When I first moved to the area a few years ago this is one of the first places I visited. They have some of the longest hours and some of the most knowledgeable staff in the area. They also have a boat ramp and shoreline to fish, both which are things we do not have enough of in this area. Closing down D & D would be a real mistake.

From tx and definitely understand the importance of a family owned business such as this ....in Matagorda tx. A place called grassy point is the best...short on money its ok need fishing tips you got it and when they leave at end of the day well there is a money drop box for those who fish late grab what ya need and leave the money cant find thst in a corporate established junk hole

Keep D & D Bait and tackle open. They are a much needed business and with a much needed new boat ramp. Adding more boat ramps would even be a bigger plus as statistics show this area is in very much need of more boat ramps. It’s very upsetting to the people and community to even think of closing down a 17-year-old successful business.

A business that treats you like Family ~ Why the HECK is the City of Cape Coral trying to get into the bait & tackle business? You surely don't pay your taxes on time, what makes you think you can run a Bait & tackle shop?
