I am 100% against this development. The growth along the 400 has to be stopped!

Roads haven't kept up with the growth we already have. No more massive subdivisions, villages, apartments, fast food places. Our once little county home is being destroyed and growth is already too much and taxes keep climbing for lifelong residents to pay for the new schools, buildings, teachers, EMT's, Police, Fire, county administration and other services for ones who move here. Enough!

We the tax payers should never pay the price financially. If developers what to develop they should flip the entire bill and include some substantial upgrades for the community ie infrastructure like waste water, roads, hospitals, fire, police, and public facilities. Tax those suckers and use the money to keep green space as well as keep the infrastructure way ahead of the demand.

We don’t have enough fire dept personnel and police to handle the citizens we have now.

Not interested in having additional growth to a county that is clearly not ready.

We love Dawsonville as it is! That’s why we moved here for less traffic, peace and rural beauty. If you want bigger city life go to Atlanta, New York, LA, whatever you need. Please leave us alone!!!
