Tax payers should never have to foot the bill while developers, builders and investors fill their pockets up. The first duty of the county's commissioners is to look after the best interest of the people who already live here and pay taxes. It is not in taxpayers best interest to be taxed more and more in order to build roads and expand services to provide for growth. The growth should foot the bill if they want to come here to live by high impact fees and what ever other means necessary to maintain the quality of life for the present citizens of Dawson County.

I sure wish that this petition helps in Fern Valley, people buy up properties put trailers on them rent out to just all kind of people. Wish they would stop!!!!!!
