Normal large lot development is fine, but high density development is a blight and does not serve the community.

Enough development. Too great a burden on roads, schools, and infrastructure.
We need trees and plants to maintain clean air , space for wildlife and elbow room.

There’s no reason to keep having houses built in Dawson it just brings more people in and more traffic will come into it and y’all complaining about trafic that’s why just keep Dawson how it was there is way to muchhhh building

Dawson County is growing too fast. We don't have the emergency people and equipment for all this new growth. We don't have the roads and infra structure. Tired of trees being cut down to put another subdivision. Tired of waiting 10 minutes to get out of our subdivision. Tired of the crime increase and the sheriff's department not having money to hire enough deputies.

The board of commissioners need to realize that our infrastructure ( schools,police,fire dept,emergency medical service) and other county services are not able to continue meeting the needs of the residents of Dawson Co if they continue approving these multiple unit. IT IS TO PUT A HOLD ON DEVELOPMENTS LIKE THESE!!!!!
