We are already dealing with over population for our infrastructure and there are numerous neighborhoods being built now. We do not need this here. This is not smart.

Too many homes too close together. We have too much growth in the 400 corridor right now. We need to build up the infrastructure before adding more traffic and population.

We do not need this. We cannot sustain this extra traffic. We will need more police, fire and emergency personnel, etc. This is ridiculous to want this kind of development here.
