I have worked 2 miles from the Avalon mall in Alpharetta since it open. It destroyed North Point Mall and many local businesses in the area.

Infrastructure has to be brought up to an acceptable level before anymore subdivisions are approved in Dawson county, especially a large one such as this. The roads, water, sewer, sanitation, internet, school, police, fire, ems, health care are all over capacity and stressed already.
