This has failed to pass in the past, and it won’t go through! Should not cost tax payers a penny!

This is the 3rd time the County has tried to force this on us!

This will ruin our county, this complex will be abandoned like most of the other business in that area. Then the county is left to look at the mess for years to come. Look at the 136/400 area, 53/400 area at all the abandoned businesses. Look at the southern catholic college. We don’t need anymore eyesore’s in the county.

I understand growth is gonna happen, but why can’t we slow down and catch up first. Our schools roads and infrastructure are suffering, but yet we keep growing and growing.

We do not need anything like this here in our county. There are too many new developments going up already. Examples... on Dawson Forest Road and Highway 9. Can our schools, roads, electric grid, etc. handle all that progress? We don't even have a reliable internet service in most of this county.

Vote No! We do not want big developments. We moved here to get away from this kind of expansion.

We do not want Dawsonville to turn into a big city with big city problems and costs. Please vote against this rezoning!

Please do not ruin the beauty of Dawson County as what happened to Gwinnett County! Greed and profit are not worth the chaos that follows.

People want to move to Dawson bc it is small. If you make it big it defeats the purpose.

Please listen to your residents- they have fought this for over two years. We don’t want to be another Alpharetta. If we did we would have moved there!

Please keep Dawsonville small. We don't need any more building going on to over populate Dawsonville and I definitely don't want this to have a negative effect on Etowah river or nature itself!
