Loved my town until it became more populated...let that be for Cumming or Gainesville people.

Don’t take away the small town feel. We have grown enough in the past years. We do not want to be a suburb.

We love Dawson county and we want to keep it friendly and small. We moved out of Gwinnett county by to much growth.

Stop ruining this county with all the development. Enough is enough. We live out here for the small town charm not to be turned into Alpharetta. Stop the nonsense and preserve what we have, not destroy it

I vote no! We moved up here a few years ago to get away from the Atlanta environment … we bought an existing house and remodeled it… We would really like to enjoy this atmosphere a little longer before it goes crazy…

More shopping? More restaurants? More multi-family homes? If there is no NEED, why is it being considered? The answer is ALWAYS the same: PROFIT ... to select individuals.

We all moved here because we love the lifestyle in the woods where homes are not on top of one another. We hated what happened to Roswell, Alpharetta, and Cumming. Don’t bring your garbage up here- we don’t want you!!!!!

We moved from Cumming to get out of that kind of mess. Don’t we have enough building going on now!?

D'ville has no need for more residential units... this is too massive and 10-12 years of construction is UNliveable to current residents! It will set a horrible precedent!
