Save some woods, DAWSON COUNTY needs more time for everything else to catch up, Schools, roads, Law Enforcement, Fire and EMS. We have enough restaurants, gas stations, Stores, and crime which comes with all this so called progress.

The reason I moved to Dawsonville was because of its small-town charm. This development might be welcomed in another town. Please move on.

Dawson growth is getting out of hand too quickly. We don't need more retail and dense housing. We do need good companies with good paying jobs to move here. My property taxes have been skyrocketing for the last few years. What are the long term citizens of Dawson County getting for paying triple taxes?

Will negatively impact traffic, schools, and public safety. Dawson Co does not need this.

I moved here 20 years ago because of the small community; rural life, etc. Stop ruining it!!!
