If Dawson continues with townhouses etc it will make Dawson a cesspool of crime. We moved from this crap. Dawson doesn't need it. We don't need all out land timbered for homes and stores. Dont make Dawson Cumming 2.0

This has no business here in Dawson! Take your big city and build it somewhere else!

Dawson County BOC is the exact mirror of all that is wrong with government. Our county cannot handle more growth. It’s already growing too fast without this development. If you’ve been on 53, 9 or 136 lately, you KNOW we can’t handle any more people.

Please preserve what is left of Dawson. We need places of space and rest after being in the business and traffic of other areas of the county.

The vast majority of this County doesn't want this uncontrolled high density development, not do we have the infrastructure to deal with it. STICK TO THE ZONING WE HAVE.

If we’re going to end up losing our county then let’s make it as long and difficult as possible for the people turning us into Atlanta.

This development needs to pay for more emergency services, education facilities, four lane roads around development.

I’ve seen the seemingly uncontrolled growth of Forsyth County and just don’t want that here. If you want it, go to Forsyth. I love the small town feel and it’s just about gone in Dawson as well. We aren’t ready for this sort of development.

Balanced growth. I would be in favor of more condominiums and single home dwellings. Enough rentals apartments and single family rental homes already built along 400. Balanced mix between retail/ restaurants and home dwellings.

Not all growth is desirable. We cant let developers get rich and build to only walk away and we residents suffer the results forever. Traffic has already negatively affected our quality life and we don't need any more high density housing that only erodes and consumes the use of services.
Please do nit allow any more high density housing in Dawson!
