Keep the zoning C....200 apartments is too high density. Parking is a problem already...how many cars will be there??

Opposed to the changes in zoning. 400 - 600+ additional cars in the area on a daily basis will create unnecessary burden on the community and infrastructure. A retail / restaurant development area - similar to what is presently at Town Center AB/NB - would be more in line with the spirit of the community. Apartments will NOT bring economic benefit to the area. it would only economically benefit the developer.

I am opposed to the proposed multi-unit apartment complex. Please deny any variances to the existing commercial zoning.
