Vote no on Atlantic 500 Apartments. Not the right project for this area which is already overburdened with traffic and parking issues. There will also be further impacts to the schools and infrastructure of our commmunity and those costs will not be the responsibility of the owner or developer of the property.

Please do not approve zoning changes to allow more multi unit apartments in Neptune Beach.

Please don’t allow horrible apartments that will bring college kids partying etc.

I am opposed to the apartment complex, as I think it will place unnecessary strain on our existing business and traffic patterns. I support another retail business entering into this space, as this is what the residents of Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach wish for. Bring something other than restaurants to our town! A Department Store, a Bowling Alley, or a Movie Theater would all do extremely well here. Thanks for consideration!

This project will negatively impact the character of our little beach community and add to the existing traffic and parking issues.

As a Neptune Beach native and current resident of Jacksonville Beach, the idea of an apartment complex, no matter how nice, on this site is not keeping with the intentional vision we all have for the Beaches community. In particular, this site would create more traffic woes on a corner that is already crazy with traffic, both auto and pedestrian.

YES! Our small beach community does NOT need massive condo units AND the additional traffic!
