We need to address the traffic and parking situation at the corner/town center prior to bringing in more congestion and people to make the problem worse

We do not need more traffic and more pressure on our, already over stretched infrastructure in Neptune Beach! Do not let this happen!

Enough of the greed, already. Way too congested already, let's not succumb to high density land use in our backyard.

We need to limit construction at the beaches. It is simply out of control. Beyond loosing the feel of our community, the north beaches area will soon have nearly immovable traffic conditions.

My mother and grandparents moved to Neptune Beach in the 1930's. Please, DO NOT change the zoning. Neptune Beach has not been spoiled like the other beaches there. Let's keep it that way.

We need more commercial development in this space, not more people. Between current residents and beach visitors, the roads are already at capacity!

Although the development would be in Neptune Beach, as a resident of Atlantic Beach I feel the addition of 400 or more cars to an already congested area would be a huge problem. I also feel that the community would be better served by any of a number of commercial alternatives, including a PARKING GARAGE.

Beaches are suppose to be quiet, lazy and relaxing. Our beaches are already in gridlock! Stop this raping! Put in a big park with trees and equipment for small children and those (old and young) with handicaps. Trees! The beach need more trees and open area.

As a long time Neptune Beach resident, I am always proud to say what makes us special is our ability to maintain the true small beach community. We are different from Jax Beach in that respect and you can totally tell the difference between the two. There are so many other viable excellent recommendations that have been made for this location. Everything from a theater to a music venue to just some cool restaurants and shops. One thing we do not need is a mass influx of more residents on already crowded streets. I am asking the Neptune Beach CDB, City Council, and Mayor to keep current Commercial zoning laws in place and to deny any variances from them. I agree the old KMart Plaza is an eye sore but MORE housing is not the answer. Thank you.

our tiny little community, our overworked infrastructure, cannot support a bus station of a rental complex. we need nice shopping and restaurants, maybe a Y or a department store, etc. this complex is a quick in and out money boondoggle with zero to do for our beach towns.

This is a population density issue. This area can not handle the number of people and vehicles this apartment complex would bring.

Lifelong beaches resident fully opposed to apartments at the site of the old Kmart. They will only bring increased traffic which is out of control already. And along with the increase in traffic, we are going to have an increase in traffic accidents. Furthermore, the apartments will likely bring with them an increase in crime. Build something lucrative for the owner/developers! But please not apartments. Thank you!
