Please don't ruin our sweet little town! Jacksonville needs hotels and such so we can have the Superbowl again! Build up Jacksonville so the beach people have somewhere to go for a night out!

Absolutely not.

There is NO upside to changing the current zoning to allow high density apartments, adding traffic at the corner of Atlantic and A1A, and flooding school populations other than $$$$ for out of town developers and who else ??????

How about a skating rink? My children went every week end to the one on Beach Blvd when they were growing up and it would be exercise and a place to go to keep our children from being on their phones 24/7.

Please listen and respond to your constituents. The proposed development is NOT what we want for our community.

Please do not do what Atlantic Beach has done. High density developments in this area will lead to an overall higher cost for all.

Build this in the city of Jacksonville; it won't be noticed there. Don't spoil the beaches.

We don’t want this our roads are already clogged with traffic any given day. We do not need to add to the problem with more people.

I am against building apartments in the Kmart location ! I think the property should be use for the betterment of the community and put City Hall and the police department there ! Keep it commercial ! not residential !

I have lived in Neptune Beach for over 30 years and do NOT want my quality of life to change because of these proposed apartment building. Plenty of other great ideas floating around as to what can be done with this property that will not impact traffic.

The Beaches Leader recently published a study that concluded the quality of life at our beaches has gone down because of traffic woes. Just because the development will bring in more tax revenue does not mean its the right thing to do.
