This project makes no sense in our community. It is obvious to the ones that live in Neptune Beach that this is detrimental. It shouldn't even be under discussion.

Developing an apartment complex at 500 Atlantic would destroy the integrity and security of our community. Please vote against this development.

Why allow more congestion/density in our backyard? Makes sense to me to back up and reflect on desired beach vibe and liveability...laissez faire development is so 90’s;)

I have lived in Neptune Beach for 27 years and I’m a homeowner . I don’t agree with the idea of an apartment or condo dwelling at the former Kmart on the corner of 3rd and A1A.

No more housing!!! Why not add something substantial and beneficial. More apartments means more crowds and more traffic. The beaches is not equipped for that much traffic!

Don't ruin this beach, idiots! Traffic is terrible, beaches are over crowded and this will increase population by 10%over night.

I would like some type of entertainment to go here. Like restaurants, dance type of place or movie theater

I was hoping for a roller rink or movie theater event a dance club BUT NOT another apartment. Extra beach parking would be OK but we 100% do not want A multi-unit Apartment Complex.

I do not like this idea I feel it's not the best decision for our sweet town of Neptune Beach, Jax Beach started years ago selling land to high rises and crime and traffic ect have gone up and is not a desirable area to live , Neptune Beach and Old Atlantic Beach have kept there charm and I feel we should keep it that way!

As a Neptune Beach resident I am opposed to adding that many more residents to our already overly congested beach town

Our schools are already over crowded. This will not benefit our community.

The beaches are already too crowded without adding more apartments in a limited space.

The beaches area is already too congested with the influx of so many multi-family. Our current infrastructure cannot handle an additional surplus such as this.

Please change the code to stop anything like this from coming to our community now or anytime in the future.
