Colonel did a good job in keeping us together. He is a great man and acts out in just actions. I respect him and do not agree with the administration on this decision. Hope to see Colonel back until he decides its his time

One of the greatest people that I've ever met. Without him I wouldn't be the leader, the leader, that I am today.

Colonel Pugh is a shining example of a quality leader & the numerous awards/recognitions that the Deland HS AFJRROTC has received is tangible evidence of that. This program will suffer w/o his leadership/experience.

if administration has probable cause then it shall be so....but if colonel doesn't want to step down and if it doesn't make any lick of sense then colonel should stay.

As a Deland High ROTC alum I have always felt Col. Pugh to be an excellent leader for the program. I think he is a real asset and should be retained

Colonel Pugh its one of the best teacher, and is not only a teacher, he also thought us how to be a family. This is my first in ROTC and its awsome and I hope that he stays because without him it would never be the same. He is a great person, and I hope that all of this is fixed.

I don't see the point of this. Colonel Pugh isn't just a teacher, he is more than that not only to me, but to a lot of other people. He has made ROTC what is it today, not just a course, but a second family. If he is asked to leave, ROTC won't be the same. As mature people, the Administration and Colonel Pugh reach an agreement and a solution to this conflict. Colonel Pugh resigning doesn't solve the anything. It's just an alternative to evade the conflict. I hope this is all fixed.!

colonel pugh, was one of my instructors while I was in rotc a few years ago. He was supportive, understanding, and extremely whole hearted. my family and I went through some troubling times and he was with us every beat of the way. He always encouraged me to do better and motivated me in a positive way.
