It would be a shame to keep Coach James from coaching next year because of a technicality. He is a great coach and who in their right mind would turn down free help? I hope the school can come to an arrangement to keep Coach James coaching!

While I, myself, never was a part of the TJ Track team, many of my friends have told me just how influential Coach James has been for the team's success. It seems illogical to fire a coach just for retiring. That is only setting the team up for anything but success. Let Coach James stay!

I've watched coach slave away putting forth more time than anyone, while maintaining both his family and teaching life. He's the most dedicated coach I've ever encountered and losing him would be a huge detriment to the TJ T&F team

Coach James is a wonderful mentor and role model for our kids. It would be such a shame to pass up the opportunity to have him stay with the team as long as he wants - and for free to boot. Why is this even a question?!

Many thanks to Coach James who has given my kids more that just athletics. He is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring and kind. He wants the athletes to succeed and we thank him for all he has done. TJ must be able to find a place for him. Thanks Coach James!
