Extremely disappointed in the FitRepublik Management for letting go someone like Emrys who is one of the best coaches. If this is how they treat staff as good as him, then I’m not going to renew my contract and I’m sure others will follow.
You now need to change your moto, as it’s not who you say you are.

Coach Emrys, has been an incredible mentor, and inspiration to our community. Their dedication, passion, and support have made a lasting difference in our lives. Letting them go is a decision we strongly disagree with.

Emrys is there for me every time I show up. Coming into the CrossFit world, I was so intimidated by the gymnastics movements let alone everything else. Rob and him work tirelessly to help me progress and increase my confidence on their own volition. Fit Republik is the place it is because of people like them. To remove such a vital part of the community, is to destroy everything you’ve worked towards. I hope you realize this and review your nonsensical decision.
