I have not yet gotten to meet Billy but my girlfriend Jaleesa Jefferson is his cousin and I live with an old friend of his David Stoops who has been a past member of Shenango VFD. Chief Phillips is the best thing to happen not only to STPD but the whole Shenango Township. He is always out there supporting the township which is more I can say for the supervisors. Firing Chief Phillips is unexceptable!
