Bill Phillips is one of the greatest men ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is a great friend and a loving caring father and grandfather. He has done many great things for his community and to lose that would be a terrible mistake.

i know that William Phillips is the best person for the job cause he is the one that has done a great job at what he does. So to keep the city safe and keep the peace then keep William Phillips as Chief of Police.

This is a bunch of BS Our wonderful supervisors say they don't have the funding to keep him....but they have the funding to hire someone else??? everyone in Shenango Township need to attend the next meeting!!

this is to important of a position to be cut find another way to make budget. I am sure if you look around you can find wasteful spending. Bill is a huge asset to this community with his experience. Hope the supervisors look into this more and don't take the easy way out

Bill Phillips is what this township is all about. He's well respected and a fine police officer. I have never met better. I would be greatly disappointed in our community if we let this happen!
