I am from Northern VA and I have a son who is a senior in the Arlington County Public Schools who has used this library. My cousin works for this Library. Those kids need this to stay open and the workers there have made a difference for years. PLEASE KEEP IT OPEN!!!!! Save the Library!

My family and I love walking to this library and joining their events! It is a sweet and historic library. A lot of children use the library after school as well.

This is ridiculous. Surely you can find something else to cut besides a library. Maybe look at the economic development or police budgets

This is my intellectual home where I learned to become an American by books and people I met through book club meetings and programs that changed my life greatly such as Reading and Running Program after getting a lot out of Story Times for my child. Please do not evict us!

As a Maryland library worker and a VA library patron, I strongly urge the Arlington library leadership to reverse their decision to close this branch and to reduce their staffing. Libraries are more important in 2026 than ever and all efforts should be made to preserve accessible library locations and maintain a strong workforce.
