Dr. Llorens is the breathe of fresh air that our beloved university needed! The university made great strides under his tenure. Please reconsider!

Dr. Llorens has ushered the pride into our great university! He is the reason why so many positive feelings are becoming a norm on this campus!Southern has withstood attacks externally now this board and especially this president has decided to remove their mask and attack our beloved institution from within! WE ARE SU! We deserve the best! We want LLORENS!!!!!!!!

I've had the honor of meeting Chancellor Lloren twice while visiting SUBR and I must say I have never seen a man who stands for his students and not against them. He has dedicated so much to SUBR and the Southern System and losing him as their university chancellor will be a heavy burden on the student body. I pray that his contract gets renewed because I would be so blessed to have a chancellor like him. Keep the faith SUBR!

Defend the people who actually want to help us, the students, and not themselves.

Dr. Llorens has restored JAGUAR PRIDE back into the institution we love. Dr. Llorens inherited a university in very bad shape ($10 million deficit, an athletic program in shambles, and free-falling enrollment. Athletics has rebounded. We had a modest gain in enrollment after years of decline. Alumni were starting to feel comfortable giving to Southern again. We are in the midst of a massive academic reorganization that is still working itself out. We've got a long way to go to get to where SU deserves to be, but we are making progress. The chancellor deserved an opportunity to see his program through. A wise board would not change leadership like this in midstream. This was a horrendous decision, and it's well past time for alumni, faculty, students, and all who love Southern University to tell this Negroocracy that we will no longer sit back and allow them to destroy our university.

KEEP DR. LLORENS.....SU has had such a bad reputation for so long and Dr. Llorens has come in and already started turning thigs around. The number of incoming freshmen increased this past school year due in large part to Dr. Llorens....SU, aren't you tired of the negative press that you constantly receive? Stop making senseless mistakes to keep the media talking about you. You made the right decision before, make the right decision again......KEEP DR. LLORENS AS SUBR CHANCELLOR

Under the leadership of Chancellor Llorens, Southern University has been moving forward. Let's keep the man who turned Southern University around, at Southern University.

As a SU alumnus, I would be offended to see Chancellor Llorens removed after doing such a great job.

Why would we let a chancellor go that has led efforts to reenergize the alumni base, worked to restore the "roar" and has overcome crippling state funding restrictions?

Dr. Llorens has done a great job in the last three years. He should be given the chance to continue with his plan for Southern University.

America has attached Black Colleges long enough. Let's not attack ourselves using their tactics of bitterness and divisiveness. Stop Black on Black hate. Let the Chancelor do his job without unneccessary Board pressure and interference.
