We received your notation on the lagoon project and I am definitely against it. That is one scary road as it is; winding up and down, and no curbs with a big drop off makes it a death trap as it is . . . let's not make it any worse.

Thank you for your hard work. I'm all for responsible development but as we all recently discovered with the failed mall project our leaders have to be watched to insure they are acting in our best interest.

There is no space for boat trailers ANYWHERE on the property! Is the street going to become the parking/storage fro the boats and their trailers?? Also not enough parking for the number of people who will be staying. Seems many are supposed to get there walking, pulling their own boats, and then storing their trailers in the bike racks?...

Live very close to this proposed project and definitely do not want or need additional traffic in this area nor do we need any added pollution in our lagoon.

I'm against this timeshare for three reasons. The neighborhood cannot properly accommodate the additional traffic, it cannot properly accommodate the additional parking and cannot properly accommodate the additional pollution to the lagoon.

That lot needs to be rezoned. It is not appropriate for the neighborhood and needs to be changed to conform to the area.

We live on park drive and use the lagoon 3 days a week. The lagoon is allready overcrowded with rental equipment and has become dangerous. The roads around the lagoon need to be taken with more caution than other streets from all the traffic allready. A 20 unit timeshare is not what we the public need or want for are city in my family's opnion.

We live on Highland Dr. around the corner from this proposed development, please don't approve this multi-unit timeshare. We have two young children who regularly walk out dog and ride their bikes on this street. The last thing our neighborhood needs is more traffic!

Adams Street is not the place for time shares. The road is narrow, curved and dangerous. This area is a neighborhood for single homes and low residency townhomes. In addition, the number of people using the lagoon will increase polution and will hurt the wildlife who call Agua Hedionda Lagoon home.

From what I can tell, and please verify it yourself because I am no expert, the project takes up most of the vacant land from Hoover St. south along Adams and was sent back to the developer for a redo because it doesn't meet city standards. It really should be single family homes and there is land on the other side of the lagoon that is zoned for transient occupation. Of course this city council wanted that to be a shopping center so we are lucky a 7-11 isn't proposed for this site

Wrong place. Wrong idea. Timeshares are dying a slow death as it is. Eventually they will be converted to condos which is what the developer is likely counting on. Our lagoon and surrounding infrastructure is taxed as it is and can't support this type of unnecessary development. Big vote of NO from this longtime resident
