Way too dense for the area. Existing infrastructure cannot handle additional units. Take a drive there and see.

Slowly the developers are buying up parcels of land and homes to build multi unit structures. Isn't the attraction and charm of living here the laid back, village feel? Let's do our part to keep O.C. at bay.

Time Shares on the lagoon are wrong for so many reasons. I'd be against it even if it was for 10 timeshares

Carlsbad does not need any more timeshares. Timeshares bring in people from elsewhere who come and go. They do not add value to our family neighborhoods. No on timeshares!!!!
