bruin block helps so many students get extra help outside of class. it allows kids access to the computer labs and library to finish assignments and time to visit clubs they wouldn't have time for. removing bruin block would decrease the work ethic and grades of most students in Broadneck, why would we want to do that?

Please keep it as it is. Seems like if it were switched seniors would be kept at school longer instead of being able to leave at Bruin Block. Those kids may better be able to benefit from their time at AACC or working. Also by switching to ABCD lunch during 3rd period doesn't that encourage academic dishonesty? These kids would be leaving a test taking situation, go to lunch, then go back to take the same test. I know they're not supposed to do that but they aren't supposed to be juuling either and they're obviously doing that. Just revoke the privilege for those that can't behave and leave it alone for the rest. It's also difficult enough for the teachers to be open 3 days now we're going to ask them to be available 5?

Bruin block has been extremely beneficial in helping me balance AP classes with work and sports. It also allows me to be in many clubs that I wouldn’t be a part of if they were held after school.

Bruin block helps my daughter stay caught up with missed school work. She travels as part of a AAA eltite girls hockey team and it has been invaluable

bruin block has helped me so much with my grades this year. every day i get an opportunity to meet with teachers so i can go to sports practices after school and not have more weight on me as a student. all of the student athletes will have a hard time balancing make up work if we don’t have bruin block! i think we should keep it to help students create better GPAs for themselves
