Anyone at the council with a grain of humanity should sort this out and transfer the tenancy. the council are making him homeless so they have to house him. You could not make it up

It is not jus a house to my uncle it is a home and holds loads of memories for my uncle and the family. I do not think my could take the move due to his I'll health please please keep my uncle in his home ..

What a heartless way to deal with those who no longer are able to stand up against injustices like this. Leave the elderly and vulnerable alone and let them decide for themselves where they want to spend the rest of their lives.
