I have family that live in sunny bank road. I know 100% this 70 year old gentleman has lived there this whole time. Shocking!!

I've known Billy for years from growing up in the street.. Now I'm his neighbour.. An a very nice neighbour! He's a lovely man with a heart of gold.. I would be very sad to see him go.. He Absolutely adores his dogs.. The man has had enough to put up with he needs to be left alone an live a happy life in his home where we all know he has lived for 40 years!!

Please allow Billy to keep his home and the memories he has made there with Jean and their family. I have known Billy for 34 years and he has always lived in this house in SunnyBank Road

Tai Tarian should be ashamed of themselves trying to turf out a pensioner..

Billie should be allowed to stay and statements by family, neighbours etc as well as things like post addressed to him, bank accounts etc should all be taken into account. Also his dignity should be preserved - he'd probably go downhill fast if forced to live among strangers in a different environment.

He should be allowed2 stay in his home.he can pay the extra befroom tax.if thats what its about.i'am sure he would be glad 2 .no one will loose out then if thsts what this is really about . Money. .the enforced move would be damaging on his health.more stress4 family.etc .he should be left to live here until he wants..

Typical social housing. Don't care about people. They would probably move him miles away from his family and wouldn't care two hoots.

No legal proof of residency? What about the censuses over that period?
