Billie, and his dogs, are well know figures around Port Talbot, He is a lovely man always friendly and polite. He has lived at the top of my street for as long as I can remember. He's a good tenant to Tai Tarian and I feel it would be absolutely awful if he was made to leave his family home. Please, please let Billie remain in his home.

Tai Tarian ( Claire Maimone ) have a heart, Billie and the late Jean have paid for this property threefold with over 40 years of rent. Let Billie live out the rest of his days in the comfort of his home, with all the cherished memories he has there.
