Jean was one of the nicest women you could meet and Billie is the same, an absolute gentleman. I think it is appalling that being a tennant at his home for 40 years holds no weight in this decison.

This is beyond a joke, NPT council again at its 'Best' forcing out a person of his home.
Uncle Billy has ONLY just lost his wife for heaven's sake! leave him alone!! He deserves to be left alone instead of vultures wanting him out of his home.
