This rink is Home to my ice hockey team and is a great resource to the local area and beyond it would be a massive shame if this were to shut down.

One of the most popular venues in Basingstoke. I was the ice engineer until 3 years ago and understand the extent of the problems in the rink but it is an invaluable asset to the town and its patrons.

Lack of ice rinks up and down the country. Invest to keep this rink open seen a few close over recent years and kids and adults leave there sports as there are no local facilities.

Loss of an Ice Rink in Basingstoke will have a profound impact on sports people of all ages - male and female. This impact will extend beyond Basingstoke. Do the right thing and keep Ice Hockey alive in the town.

Don't let the people down! Hockey fans and skaters need this rink. The Council are surely representing the people and the people want their rink!

I am a hockey fan and been to bison ice rink when Manchester phoenix were still in the league. It's a great location and it's near everything that you need from food and hotel. it will be a shame to lose a team again due to this.
