Keep an Ice Rink in Basingstoke

A great family venue for all ages both as participants in sport and spectators. It will be a great loss to Basingstoke and the surrounding towns and villages.

People go to the rink in spare time, for fun and because they want a future out of it. It’s peoples happiness, don’t close it down.

Please keep the Ice Rink in Basingstoke!

Played ice hockey here professionally when the ice rink closed in Bournemouth, it would be extremely sad if another one of the south’s ice rinks closed, this must not happen! Southern England is completely out numbered when it comes to ice rinks, people travel far and wide to use these facilities

Keep our ice rink. Keeps the kids safe it's a part of many parents childhood let alone the our children and we love the hockey. My niece is also a dancer, training here.

This ice-rink is home to the Basingstoke Bisons that is deep-rooted into the history of Basingstoke. Don't stop it's future.

There already aren’t enough ice rinks in the uk. We should be looking to build more not close down what we already have

My daughter Ellie has hours of fun at the rink, started lessons at 4 years old and is still friends with girls she met there and is now 19, my other daughter Victoria too attended many get togethers at the rink... this is a great local resource!

I love the Bison team, as every year they work their hardest to achieve their best performances not only for themselves but for their hundreds of fans. Ice hockey and all of the ice sports and their members deserve to have a great rink as they all work so hard for the sport that they love! Fans deserve to have a rink as it is always busy and the hockey is the best supported sport in Basingstoke!

Our family spend every free time at the ice rink. Boys absolutely love ice skating - they've attended ice skate courses and our older just started ice hockey. Don't make a wrong decision, please. Keep families like ours happy to enjoy quality time together! Thank you.

C.I originate from Southampton & look what happened there! Rink was demolished with the promise of a new facility but nearly 30 years on Southampton is still waiting.. Don't let this happen in Basingstoke

I used to skate at Richmond Rink every week, great exercise and a great way to meet new friends. Don't close another on, please.
