We come as a family to watch hockey all the way from Dorset ,( because we do not have a rink ) and we thoroughly enjoy it

Basingstoke has a wonderful ice rink, we travel approx 30 miles to skate there due to lack of facilities where we live. It would be detrimental to the sport if it is to close, ice skating (not just hockey) needs more support.
