Keep an Ice Rink in Basingstoke

Ice rink need to remain open not closed, already ice hockey is a small sport let's not force it to become smaller.

everything should be done to maintain the ice rink. We have a great team in the Bisons who are loyally supported by many fans. The venue provides children and families to have a all year round excercise/a great day or night out.......and has done for years. Everything should be done to keep the ice rink in Basingstoke.

These rinks should be kept open as there are a lot of kids enjoy ice hockey and having fun on the ice. Don't close aanother rink

so Councillor Tate has stated that the Ice rink is a commercial operation, that in itself shows how far from reality these councillors are, it is part of the infrastructure of a local community you idiot like any sports arena it creates a belonging to a community it keep out youth off of the streets if you want to create a society where the young have nowhere to go expect to the local drug dealer carry on ....but make sure your pension is topped up ....councillors like this make me sick

The Ice Rink is an important part of the leisure Park in Basingstoke. It provides many youngsters with an enjoyable and worthwhile physical, recreational experience as well as being home to our successful Bison.

We need an ice rink in basingstoke it.s not only for ice hockey but for the ice skater as well

My 6 year old son has been playing for the bison juniors since he was 4- learnt to skate since at Basingstoke from the moment he started walking! He lives and breaths Ice hockey, watching Basingstoke Bison every weekend since he was born with my Mum and Dad- who too, love Basingstoke bison. They are dedicated fans, revolving their entire social life around the team!!! Please please don’t take such an important place away from everyone

The rink was part of my childhood and continued with support and work with the bison. It would be a great loss to the community

I may not use this facility much but my son and friends do.

Every city and town needs and wants an ice centre for the public and to use for a cities hockey team so please please save this ice rink or bulid a brand new one to also help our home grown hockey talent .

Don't erase our memories and prevent us from making them for our children - be the inspiration the Bisons are to Basingstoke - let the passion live on!

Too many sports facilities are being closed and the Basingstoke Bisons are a great advert for the town, it's easy just kicking sports out and having to struggle to find facilities outside their area.- must be another useless Council with idiot councillors
