The rink was built by the council then sold for nominal fee as a town going forward the council should support and help maintain such a key facilitie within Basingstoke

Kids from a radius of 20 miles would be devastated if this rink closes.
I a time where we as parents struggle to get our kid off electronic devices and to do more sport, it's a crying shame that this popular sporting facility may close.

Please invest in this amazing place. My girls are still young and have taken to the ice with such enthusiasm. It keeps them healthy, happy and motivated to better themselves.
It is a community sport, a place for families young and old to come together.
Far too many places close and then we worry about our youngsters on the streets.
Invest in keeping this going, invest in the community...please.
