something that has been a jewel for the people of basingstoke and successful and gives the town pride this greedy borough council just look at the money signs and disregard the benefits that this place has given over the last 30 years should be retained we don't need more stores the town centre is dying the council should rethink this awful idea that it will help the town centre out it will have the opposite effect on it.

My family have visited this rink since it was built in 1988. And I have supported the Bison since I was 3 years old, now im 17 and practice hockey at the rink and dream of joining the line of athletes born and bred in Basingstoke. Basingstoke without an ice rink would never be the same...

My children use the rink almost every day of the week and I find it hard to believe that they may loose the thing they love. IT CANT BE LOST. It is needed by my family aswell as the many other 1000s of people in our community as well is others from far afield. Save the rink #keepiceinbasingstoke.

Having an Ice Rink in town attracts people here and provides a social and sporting destination keeping youngsters entertained and active throughout the year. It is a facility that must be kept.

It’s a valuable asset to our community.
It encourages young members of our society to exercise and to occupy themselves in a positive way whilst learning a skill.

Been using the rink weekly since the late 90's loved it as a kid, love it now and my daughter is now also hooked.
