One of the things I’ve always loved about Basingstoke is it’s vibrance. Where other towns have failed, Basingstoke has been a trail blazer. The ice rink, the leisure centre, the Anvil, Eastrop Park (when it could have left us with just the lovely Memorial Park, the Sports Centre. But to have an ice rink has been exceptional in the opportunities it has afforded us for sport, leisure, shows etc. Please support this fantastic facility for Basingstoke. Refurbish the building whilst redeveloping the area and put it out to tender. We can’t lose this.

It’s sn integral place for our teenagers to go, there are few of these safe places in Basingstoke. Keep our long used ice rink.

I enjoy going ice skating now that I have just learnt. Basingstoke needs the rink it's great for the youngsters to go and great for fitness .
