There are very few Ice Rinks like this in the UK, it's big, it's nice and some great memories of Bison Wins have been held here, I really want to see this continue

Basingstoke needs to stay as kids growing up have less and less things to do that dont involve blankly staring at a screen. If this plays stays then i also hope it gets the investment it deserves so bison can keep playing and come back to the elite leqgue and so its actually safe for people!

Please keep an ice rink in Basingstoke, it would be awful for all the ice hockey players that play there to have nowhere to go.

Please keep the rink open, I have spent nearly 25 years in that place with lots of memories also I have a husband and two nephews who play ice hockey and many friends who use the ice rink

This is a heavily used facility and there is no other like it for miles in any direction. It needs to be maintained, perhaps as a public sector-private sector partnership of some kind. It certainly should be included in any redevelopment plans.

All 3 of my children have learnt to skate at the Basingstoke Ice Rink . It would be totally scandalous if it was to close as the next generations wouldn’t be able to learn to skate . Also how can Basingstoke be different from other towns if it was to loose this amenity it wouldn’t be so diverse ! We are suppose to be a place to be proud of and our Ice Rink is one of the proudest things we have with a successful Bison Ice team . Surely we musn’t allow this to happen ? We need to get the current Major behind stopping this closure ! Have you tried that avenue ?
