In this situation I believe it would be in the best interests of the child to allow his Mother Supervised Visitation Rights. The child does not know her and would experience undue stress if she was allowed to take him out of his normal everyday life.

Dad should keep Alex; if the mother was so interested in being with her son she would have taken the time to see him and attend his appointments. Alex's best interest should be ahead of anything else in this case.
