Dad should keep Alex; if the mother was so interested in being with her son she would have taken the time to see him and attend his appointments. Alex's best interest should be ahead of anything else in this case.

What is wrong with this judge???? This baby should remain in the custody of his father! I would do whatever was necessary to keep my child with me if the situation is as it was stated!
