His mother made the decision to not take care of her son. I would worry that her (if you want to call it that) being a bondage model and a mistress was far more important to her. I think it's right to keep Alex with his dad.

This baby NEEDS to stay with his father whom he has had a set routine with him for more than a year. The mother is a deadbeat and if she gets this child he will die in her care!
