the school district needs to look to the future and become an active participant for education for everyone what ever the needs of their residents are and protect their rights to the same education for all!

I strongly believe Aiden should be allowed to attend his home town school! His ability to touch people's hearts is invaluable!! Everyone should have a little bit of Aiden Patrick to touch their lives!!

I am tremendously dissapointed in the WHBSD. In such a small cummunity every member is vitally important, at least that was my experience at WHB.

As a retired NYC assistant principal of special education, I can attest to the ability of schools to maintain NYSAA students within community schools. "Outsourcing" is laziness.

This is shocking to me! The tiny Remsenburg_Speonk Elementary district can provide for these children on site but Westhampton Beach UFSD cannot?

Our schools only care about money, while neglecting the community that they service. Very sad.
Hi Mary, I am so sorry for the loss of your husband. I can't even imagine. Thank you for your comment, you are not the first family that has been unjustly called CPS on by the WHB school district, we are in the process of collecting data on this pattern. My husband and I have started a parent support group and my house is packed with parents who have similar stories that are willing to stand together and make change. I would love to hear more of your story. If you have time please call me 631-334-3202 or email me at [email protected] You could actually help our group. We need everyone you know who went through the same situation to stand up and tell their story. This Wednesday we are hosting another parent support group. Please pass this information on to any one you know. We are going to make change I promise you. Terrie
Aiden, You are the "A" man
