My husband has been going to this grocery store since it opened when he was 12 years old...he is now 51! Our family lives close by and we walk there almost every day. It's part of what makes this neighborhood so great!

This store is one of the reasons for my moving to this neighborhood 20 years ago. We NEED this store.

The market is a HUGE part of this neighborhood. This can not happen.

We need this community grocery store! There are so few left, especially since expensive Met Market took over the Houghton Market, also a Thriftway store, also a community institution. It's so nice to see the same clerks you've known for years and to see the local kids from Ben Franklin and other nearby schools who get their first work experiences there. I sincerely hope the store stays.

Red Apple is my second home! I don't shop anywhere else. The people are SO great, and the prices are right. They are the reason I go to any of the other stores there.

The main reason I visit Bridle Trails shopping center is to shop at the Red Apple, which I do several times a week. If Red Apple Market goes, many of the other stores will also lose my business.

Leave Red Apple where it is.

There will be no reason for my family, friends and neighbors to visit the shopping center without Red Apple. And we won't.

Red Apple is the only grocery store accessible to my parents. Without it they will not be able to get groceries on their own and will have to rely on my availability. It has also become a great place to build community and feels local than your QFCs and Safeways. I would be truly saddened to see Red Apple go.

Independently owned and operated businesses are a vital part of any community. Without them you lose at least half of your neighborhood identity. This would be a huge loss.

The Red Apple is a neighborhood mainstay. Please consider its value to the community.

Red Apple Market is a landmark and a treasure. They have supported our neighborhood and are like a local meeting place. You couldn't have a better tennant.

Having a Nice local grocery store is a huge part of what gives our immediate area such a nice feel, great convenience and it is a hub in our community. Please find a way to balance returns for your remote investors without destroying our nice local area!

Take away Red Apple, and 50%+ of the traffic to this place will stop. When that happens, good luck keeping other stores open and getting rent ROIC.

Oppose this with the Kirkland City Council. That is the best hope.
