Keep Red Apple Market in Kirkland's Bridle Trails

I don't understand why a popular store would be forced out by doubling the rent.

Forcing Red Apple Market out by doubling the rate is wrong. We've been going to Red Apple for 25 years and it's an anchor store for our local community. Come on ROIC, do the right thing!

I love that grocery store. Moved from the area 3 years ago and still drop by when I'm back in town. It has that small town feel that makes it so special to the neighborhood.

The Red Apple staff has always been very responsive to special orders and requests. They're not like the monolithic QFC that is under the thumb of Kroger.

We LOVE Red Apple!!!! Please stay local!!!! We do not need another dollar store. We ride bikes and walk to red apple all the time! Supporting a local business is important and valued.

Red Apple is a anchor business in this community--my family makes a purchase here almost daily. Replacing this market with two businesses that do not serve the needs of the community is a horrible idea. Please reconsider.

Please help us keep our community grocery store in our neighborhood.

Red Apple is a wonderful community grocery store, one of the few left in Kirkland where neighbors can run in to eachother and catch up, make dates and hear community updates. We know all the people who work at the store. Its not just a market, its a community. It is why i go from Houghton to bridal trails to grocery shop. We need Red Apple to stay where it is and i guaranteed, people in this tight community will not utilize whatever you plan on replacing our grocery mkt with. I do hope you rethink your terrible decision.

Please do not replace the Red Apple Grocery store with a Dollar Store. This is not what the neighborhood needs. It needs a decent grocer and Red Apple has been serving this community well for a very long time. The Dollar Store will bring nothing but crappy jobs, cheap crap from China, and more riffraff wandering the parking lot. I can assure you, if you fail this community this community will no longer support you.

My family and I love Red Apple! If it closes, it will really bring down business for all other businesses in the Bridle Trails shopping center. I won't shop at a Grocery Outlet or a dollar store, if that's what is slotted to replace it. Keep Red Apple!!!!!

We love this store! Please don't close it -- it's part of our community. What use is a dollar store? Are you hoping to put the entire center out of business? And the Ace Hardware just moved back ... put the dollar store in the corner if anything. So sorry that the economy isn't growing and you can't double your rents -- but it's going to be like that until big business stops trying to strangle the economy.

Do not increase the price of rent. The Red Apple store is vital to the community!
