Pathetic example of forcing out the (small town feel) gathering spot for locals that has been the staple for years. Shame on you, no wonder home delivery is gaining clientel.

Please reconsider your decision to make such a large increase in rent for Red Apple. This market meets such a need in the community. We invest in MF residences but have never raised our rents by double. You have made one major exterior improvement (that I can see) since 1999. If Red Apple goes out of business, so many of the other tenants will suffer and probably go out of business. Does your business plan account for this?

RedApple is the anchor that makes the Bridle Trails complex a place I go to multiple times per week. It's a clean well-stocked store, and I love it!

This would forever change our community and not in a good way. I will not shop at that center if they take it away.

How do degrade a neighborhood it's bad shame to get rid of a local supermarket

We cannot lose our neighborhood grocer. We love this store. We do not need a dollar store.

My 86 year old mother shops here almost every day. She lives alone but can no longer cook for herself. Red Apple's deli has been an absolute life saver. There is no adequate and comparable substitute for her in the area.

This is our family's primary grocery store. We like going there because the staff is so friendly and they don't force you to join some fake club to get sale prices just so they can track your purchases. It's easy for our kids to ride bikes there on their own. I have absolutely no use for a Dollar Store and would never patronize it. ROIC, please be a good community member and help this store stay a part of our community.

I lived in the bridle trails neighborhood for 18 years, and believe that red apple is a staple in our neighborhood. Bridle Trails residents enjoy shopping at a smaller, locally owned grocery store as opposed to a national chain. Forcing Red Apple to close would have a major, negative impact on the surrounding neighborhood
