To the Residents of Bedford, NH:
At the May 17, 2022 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting a request is going to be made for two variances to build APARTMENT BUILDINGS or other types of RESIDENTIAL UNITS on Rte 101 just beyond Hannaford's Market where the zoning is only supposed to be COMMERCIAL.
This flies in the face of what 1,300 of you have petitioned against in the past.
PURPOSE OF PETITION
Please sign the following petition to demand that the zoning board NOT approve changes to allow RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING APARTMENT UNITS on Rte 101 in Bedford on those lots or anywhere else where it is zoned for commercial.

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the way so many of you have stepped up to help protect our town. This is moving much faster than I ever thought possible and it really shows just how much you care about the future of our zoning laws.

Totally agree. We need to stop the constant overdevelopment. Keep the commercial space for businesses.
Stick to the plan. That zone is for business and it needs to stay that way.
traffic is already a nightmare on 101 we dont need more apartments adding to the mess. keep it commercial like it should be.
Enough with the apartments already!! Bedford is getting way too crowded. Leave the zoning alone.
NO MORE APARTMENTS. Schools are full and the roads cant handle it.

Why do they keep trying to push this through when we already said no? The board needs to listen to the actual residents for once.
