Residents who purchased homes in this neighborhood presumed it would be single family dwellings, we should have a say what changes are made to current bylaws.

Kedron Park subdivision won the builders award of the year for all of Canada and was designed for private home ownership with a neighborhood association, greenspace areas and wet lands. It is adjacent to the golf course and should continue to be used as it was originally designed and marketed for.

There are ample rental units. This is not ideal for students I strongly agree to deny the rental license.

I've heard nothing but complaints about student rentals in Winfield area. Not wanted in our family oriented subdivision

The transient nature and the problems associated with rooming houses are not healthy for the many young children that live in this neighbourhood.

I oppose ANY rental application in our residential neighborhood. As others have noted, it devalues the properties in proximity and causes all kinds of other concerns.

Those making the decisions should ask if they would want this in their street or their neighbourhood. People have worked hard and invested much in their homes and the value would decrease if the rentals had the same impact as in other areas - History speaks volumes given there is proof of this.

Absolutely not. We've seen what has been done to once nice neighbourhoods when opened to rentals in the area near the college. I do not approve of this in our quiet family neighbourhood of Kedron Park.

Renters do not have the pride in maintaining their property like everyone else.

Exterior of this house has not been maintained and the history of tenants demonstrates a total lack of care. Junk and garbage has been strewn around. All kinds of vehicles park everywhere. This is augmented by another rental house next door to it with the same issues. There is no sign of owners taking responsibility.

Jeffery Homes had a strong single family plan for this community. Please respect their vision.

No upkeep of the property and collection of garbage is not acceptable anywhere. This needs to stop.
