I am in support of the motion, as an individual that hailed from Kavango these discriminatory practices in selecting people mostly in all Organisations and industries is so evident, if one is from Kavango you are always the least considered when comes to key positions and appointments. These should come to an end enough is enough.

We will never be voting cows anymore, us Kavangos must wake up. We could have shown the government already that we are the second largest group in the country we need our people on the top table. We could have fought for Diescho when he was dismissed from Nipam and we could have at least gave support to our brothers party formed in the region.

Our Swapo Party led GRN should consider us equally like other Namibians as the Kavangos play a big role during elections to keep the party in power by showing their loyalty to vote for the party. Even the tribes that were purpets of the colonial era and vote for Swapo Party in small numbers are considered more than the Kavango people. Why this unaware treatment from President Hage Geingob?
