We have noted with a serious concern Kavango's exclusion from key leadership positions such as Ministers, Executive directors, Ambassadors, etc.
1. We cannot and will never be voting vessels, and be forgotten soon after elections.
2. We shall never be voting Cows.
3.We have qualified and competent people, like any other, to occupy key leadership positions.
4. We should not be treated differently (unfairly) as far as leadership appointments is concerned.
5. We are losing out on key developmental agenda because of lack of appointments of Kavango people on national level in leadership positions.
You need to hear us with compassion.
Kavango pinduka....
Wake up Kavango....
Kavango penduka....
The momentum is growing but the silence from the leadership remains heavy. Seeing this level of support reminds me that we are right to demand the respect we have been denied for too long.

We Kavangos are equally important to all Namibians and equal qualified. If we perform well during elections in favour of the ruling party why are we doubted in performing national duties? This is very much discouraging serious!!

Wake up Kavango. Leaders at high state should recognise Kavango and practice inclusive. They shouldn't exclude Kavango at high position. We can't be valued during election and dumped during developments.

I am in support of the motion, as an individual that hailed from Kavango these discriminatory practices in selecting people mostly in all Organisations and industries is so evident, if one is from Kavango you are always the least considered when comes to key positions and appointments. These should come to an end enough is enough.

Kavango West gave Swapo party 100% votes was the only region in this country who gave that % but yet not even one single should could be identified. Is not fair seriously. The president must reconsider this
