Not supporting this. We have fellow citizens who are capable of advicing.
I have never seen an African person in China being appointed as that. My African country man are suffering in hands of Chinese. Wakudumo should consider this as an urgent matter.

The appointment of a Chinese man as an executive advisor is unconstitutional to namibian nation. Off all educated people in Namibia specifically kavango east, how low could the governor think of appointing a foreign national as an advisor? And who approved such appointment?
