The President should consider a second choice regarding the current Governor of Kavango East Rwgion who do not know his jurisdiction of power. Act of 1990 of Appointment of Governors and Advisors it's only the President who has such powers not the Governor to make matters worse appointment a Chinese National. The appointment was unlawful it must fall.

Kavango east it's not for sale we have our innocent young ones what explaination are we going to give them when they will be under Chinese control I disagree and the governor is you were paid to do this take back that money and if you are not capable to be on that position please pack and go play far
